CLI Associates Limited is pleased to be able to develop its services from the extensive experience of its colleagues. Between them they have in excess of 90 years of experience.

David Ablett CPA BSc

David has spent over 30 years in local government finance culminating in holding the position of151 Officer at a medium sized District Council. He has managerial experience throughout the broad spectrum of local government finance. A full member of his Departmental management Team he also served on the Council’s Senior management Team.

David has led budget reviews, sponsored decision conferencing and headed up multi disciplinary teams addressing cross cutting themes. In addition he has promoted the VCT of payroll services and negotiated banking and insurance contracts for the Council.
